ABSTRACT Complete basic immunization completeness is one of the most important things to give a child specific immunity to disease. Kuala Lempuing Puskesmas which is the lowest IDL coverage in Bengkulu City. The study aims to find out factors related to low coverage in providing complete basic immunization in children. The population of the study is mothers who have children aged 10-24 months who are in the working area of Kuala Lempuing Puskesmas in January - April 2024 which amounts to 69. Sampling using total sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by using primary data and secondary data, the analysis technique using Univariate and Bivariate (Chi square). The results of the study were 1). Of 69 respondents, 39 mothers (56.5%) did not work while 30 mothers (43.5%) worked, 2. of 69 respondents, 15 mothers (21.7%) had unfavorable while motivation knowledge of complete basic immunization, and 44 mothers (63.8%) had a good knowledge of complete basic immunization, 4). There was a significant relationship of maternal work with basic immunization completeness, 5). There was a significant relationship of maternal motivation, 5). There was a significant relationship of maternal motivation with basic immunization completeness, and 6), there was a significant relationship of maternal knowledge. It is hoped that from the results of this study can be a referral to Kuala Lempuing Puskesmas to provide health promotion about the importance of complete basic immunization in children.
