NY ”E” PREGNANCY PREGNANCY AGE “29” YEAR G3P1A1 UK 35 WEEKS WITH HYPERTENSION IN THE MAWAR ROOM OF RSUD DR.M.YUNUS KOTA BENGKULU (x + 68 pages + 1 chart + 9 pictures + 8 attachments) ABSTRACT Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that around 830 women die from complications of pregnancy and child birth. Almost all of these deaths occur in a series of low resources, and most can be prevented. The main causes of death are bleeding, hypertension, infections, and indirect causes, mostly due to interactions between pre-existing medical conditions and pregnancy. Purpose: Can carry out the handling of obstetric care at Mrs. "E" age 29 years G3P1A1 UK 35 weeks with hypertension in the rose room of Dr.M.Yunus General Hospital Bengkulu City according to midwifery management theory applied in midwifery care with the SOAP method. Method: The preparation of this thesis report uses a descriptive method with the type of case study, conducted at Dr.M.Yunus General Hospital Bengkulu City. The subject of the case study was Mrs. "E" aged 29 years G3P1A1 UK 35 weeks with hypertension. Results: For Mrs. "E" aged 29 years G3P1A1 UK 35 weeks with hypertension in the rose room of Dr.M.Yunus Hospital Bengkulu City after the implementation of midwifery care for 6 days the results were obtained: Normal high blood pressure, no dizziness, no weakness and not difficult to sleep, TTV: TD: 140/90 mmHg, N: 82x / m, P: 21x / m, Temp: 36.5 °C. Conclusion: From the results of midwifery care there is no gap between theory and practice. Keywords: Midwifery care for pregnant women: Hypertension.
